Renova consulting Engineers provided the Structural consultancy for the demolition and alteration of an existing two story semi-detached including extension. Due to soils settlement site investigation was undertaken to determine the soil capacity to design a new footing foundation for the new extension. The superstructure is primarily of masonry construction, with a steel crank frame to the loft and new steel beams create the large opening to the ground floor.
